The Light That Does Not Stay, 2025

Text-Based Digital Poster, Conceptual Rendering

This work is about what it feels like to live in darkness for a long time. It is about feeling lost, heavy, and alone. It is about reaching out for help or meaning and finding nothing there.

Sometimes, in this dark space, there is a sudden flash of light. The light does not last. But for a second, it shows that you are still here. It gives you a small moment of hope. It reminds you that something else exists beyond the pain.

The posters show this feeling through black-on-black text. You can only read the words when the light hits them at the right angle. This makes you move and search, just like in the dark moments of life.

The room installation takes this feeling even further. You walk into a dark room with the sound of waves all around you. Every so often, a quick flash of light lets you see parts of words on the walls. Then it goes dark again. You wait for the next flash, but you never know when it will come.

This work is not about being saved. It is about living with darkness and learning to keep going, even when the light does not stay.
